Jennifer Barbetta
Jennifer A. Barbetta
Independent Director

Jennifer A. Barbetta is a managing director and the chief operating officer at TA Associates. Prior to joining TA Associates in 2022, she was the chief operating officer at Starwood Capital Group. Prior to joining Starwood in 2019, Ms. Barbetta was a partner and managing director at Goldman Sachs where she spent more than 23 years in a variety of leadership roles. She currently serves on the dean’s advisory council for the Villanova School of Business. 

Ms. Barbetta holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University.

Matthew R. Barger

Matthew R. Barger is president and chief investment officer of Intellectual Capital Partners, LLC and he has been a senior advisor at Hellman & Friedman LLC since 2007. Prior to 2007, he served in a number of roles at Hellman & Friedman, including managing general partner and chairman of the investment committee. Mr. Barger was a member of Artisan Partners’ Advisory Committee from January 1995 to the completion of Artisan Partners Asset Management’s initial public offering. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman, Mr. Barger was an associate in the corporate finance department of Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb.

Mr. Barger graduated from Yale University in 1979 and received a master’s degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1983.

Kane Brenan

Kane Brenan is chief executive officer of TIFF Investment Management, a role he has held since 2020. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Brenan spent more than 20 years at Goldman Sachs in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as partner, global head and co-chief investment officer of the Global Solutions Portfolio Group. Previously, Mr. Brenan was a corporate M&A lawyer at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

Mr. Brenan holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a juris doctor and master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University.

Eric R. Colson, CFA, is a managing director and the executive chair of Artisan Partners. Prior to being appointed executive chair, Mr. Colson served as the chief executive officer of Artisan Partners from January 2010 to June 2025. Prior to that time, Mr. Colson served as the chief operating officer for Investment Operations. He joined Artisan Partners as a managing director in January 2005. Mr. Colson began his career at Callan Associates, Inc. where he ultimately managed the institutional consulting group, providing business and investment advice to asset management firms.

Mr. Colson holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California-Irvine.

Peter B. Crawford

Peter B. Crawford served as managing director and advisor at Charles Schwab through June 2025, after serving as chief financial officer from May 2017 until he retired from the role in October 2024. Prior to serving as chief financial officer, he held a number of leadership roles with the firm. Mr. Crawford joined Charles Schwab in 2001, after serving as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. He currently serves as an operating advisor of CD&R. 

Mr. Crawford holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University and a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Stephanie G. DiMarco

Stephanie G. DiMarco is the former chair of the board of directors of Advent Software, Inc., which she founded in June 1983. She currently serves on the board of directors of the UCSF Foundation and Summer Search, both of which are non-profit organizations. She is also a member of several private company boards and is an advisor to NYCA, a venture capital firm. She is a former member of the board of trustees of the University of California-Berkeley Foundation, a former advisory board member of the College of Engineering and Haas School of Business at the University of California-Berkeley and a former trustee of the San Francisco Foundation where she chaired the investment committee.

Ms. DiMarco holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California-Berkeley.

Director

Jason A. Gottlieb is a managing director and the chief executive officer and president of Artisan Partners. Prior to being appointed president of Artisan Partners in January 2021, Mr. Gottlieb served as the chief operating officer of investments. Prior to joining Artisan Partners in October 2016, Mr. Gottlieb was a partner and managing director at Goldman Sachs where he was a leader in the alternative investment and manager selection group and a portfolio manager on the Goldman Sachs Multi-Manager Alternatives Fund.

Mr. Gottlieb holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Siena College and a master’s degree in finance from Fordham University.

Jeffrey A. Joerres

Jeffrey A. Joerres was executive chairman and chairman of the board of ManpowerGroup when he retired in December 2015. During his time at ManpowerGroup, he served in various roles, including as chief executive officer from April 1999 to May 2014. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Mr. Joerres held the position of vice president of sales and marketing for ARI Network Services. Mr. Joerres also serves on the boards of ConocoPhillips and Western Union. He is a past chairman and member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Mr. Joerres holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University's College of Business Administration.

Saloni Multani
Saloni S. Multani
Independent Director

Saloni S. Multani is currently a partner at Galvanize Climate Solutions, a climate-focused investment firm based in San Francisco. Between December 2016 and April 2020, Ms. Multani focused on investing in companies in the sustainability ecosystem, working with Three Cairns Group, a family office and Congruent Ventures, an early stage venture firm. During 2016, Ms. Multani served as a consultant at Hellman & Friedman LLC, after having also worked there from 2006 to 2012. Between her time at Hellman & Friedman, Ms. Multani was a partner and investment team member at SPO Partners, a specialty long-only investment firm. She began her career in 2000 as an analyst at Blackstone.

Ms. Multani earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
