|Matthew R. Barger |
Matthew R. Barger is currently managing member of MRB Capital, LLC, and he has been a senior advisor at Hellman & Friedman LLC since 2007. Prior to 2007, he served in a number of roles at Hellman & Friedman, including managing general partner and chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Barger was a member of Artisan Partners’ Advisory Committee from January 1995 to the completion of Artisan Partners Asset Management’s initial public offering. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman LLC, Mr. Barger was an associate in the corporate finance department of Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb.
Mr. Barger graduated from Yale University in 1979 and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1983. He has served on the Advisory Board of Hall Capital Partners since August 2007.
|Seth W. Brennan|
Seth W. Brennan is currently managing partner and co-founder of Lincoln Peak Capital. Prior to founding Lincoln Peak Capital in 2008, Mr. Brennan was an executive vice president and founding management team member of Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. Before joining Affiliated Managers Group, Mr. Brennan worked in the Global Insurance Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. and in the Financial Institutions Group at Wasserstein, Perella & Co.
Mr. Brennan holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.

Chairman of the Board
Eric R. Colson, CFA is a managing director and the Chief Executive Officer of Artisan Partners. Prior to joining the firm in January 2005, Mr. Colson was an executive vice president of Callan Associates, Inc. where he managed the institutional consulting group, providing business and investment advice to asset management firms. Prior to managing the institutional consulting group, he managed Callan's global manager research.
Mr. Colson holds a BA in economics from the University of California-Irvine.
Tench Coxe has been a managing director of Sutter Hill Ventures since 1989. He joined that firm in 1987 following his tenure with Digital Communications Associates in Atlanta. Prior to that, he worked with Lehman Brothers in New York City, where he was a corporate financial analyst specializing in mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financing. Mr. Coxe was a member of Artisan Partners’ Advisory Committee from January 1995 to the completion of Artisan Partners Asset Management’s initial public offering.
Mr. Coxe holds a BA in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Mattersight Corporation and Nvidia Corporation.
|Stephanie G. DiMarco|
Stephanie G. DiMarco is the former chair of the board of directors of Advent Software, Inc., which she founded in June 1983. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at the University of California Berkeley and the board of directors of Summer Search, a non-profit organization. She is also a member of the Presidio Institute Advisory Committee. She is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the University of California Berkeley Foundation, a former Advisory Board Member of the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and a former trustee of the San Francisco Foundation where she chaired the investment committee.
Ms. DiMarco holds a BS in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
|Jeffrey A. Joerres|
Jeffrey A. Joerres was executive chairman and chairman of the board of ManpowerGroup when he retired in December 2015. During his time at ManpowerGroup he served in various roles, including as Chief Executive Officer from April 1999 to May 2014. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Mr. Joerres held the position of vice president of sales and marketing for ARI Network Services. He has also held several management positions within IBM. Mr. Joerres also serves on the boards of Johnson Controls and Western Union and is a member of the Committee for Economic Development. He is a past chairman and member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Mr. Joerres served on the board of Artisan Funds from 2001 to 2011.
Mr. Joerres holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University's College of Business Administration.
|Andrew A. Ziegler|
Andrew A. Ziegler is a founding partner and lead director of Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. Prior to founding Artisan Partners, Mr. Ziegler was president and chief operating officer of Strong Capital Management and president of the Strong Funds, where he had responsibility for all non-portfolio management activities. Before joining Strong Capital Management in 1990, Mr. Ziegler practiced corporate law with the Milwaukee firm of Godfrey & Kahn S.C.
Mr. Ziegler holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a JD (cum laude) from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
